I’m not just a fitness coach. I’m someone who’s lived through the same hustle as you — from corporate deadlines to 14-hour workdays, from sports fields to running multiple businesses.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve gone from a school athlete to a corporate engineer, and now a fitness professional, hotel entrepreneur, and CrossFit gym owner.
And through it all — fitness stayed with me.

I hold a Diploma in Nutrition & Fitness Science, I am a Certified CrossFit Trainer, and was internationally trained in Almaty, Kazakhstan. From state and national-level sports to bodybuilding since 2003 — fitness has always been in my DNA.

Today, I run Stride Box, Gurgaon, and coach busy professionals who want to transform their bodies without flipping their lives upside down.
